Our pricing is transparent and affordable: new patient visits are $135, follow-up visits are $99, and DOT physicals are $120.

What insurance plans do you accept?

We currently accept Aetna and Cigna insurance plans. Medicare and Medicaid are in the credentialing process, and self-pay patients are welcome.
