Dr. Roopsi Bring is a board-certified physician with comprehensive training in family medicine & primary care, having completed her education, medical school, residency, and professional practice in Indiana. She is committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered medical care with a strong focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness.

Dr. Bring is launching a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model with affordable membership options and per visit payment options designed to remove barriers to care by providing timely access, transparent pricing, and extended visit time. Her practice is also actively working toward insurance participation to ensure that all medical needs—from routine preventive care to complex chronic conditions—can be addressed seamlessly.

At the core of Dr. Bring’s philosophy is the belief that healthcare is a fundamental right and should be accessible, efficient, and easy to navigate. Through a blend of clinical excellence and compassionate care, she is dedicated to creating a healthcare experience that prioritizes rapid access, continuity, and comprehensive support for every patient.

Sarabjot Kaur, DNP, FNP-C

Dr. Sarabjot Kaur, DNP, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive training in primary care and clinical leadership. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from Rutgers University and completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice at Marian University.

As President and Co-founder of Elysian Primary Care, Dr. Kaur is fully motivated to launch the practice’s Direct Primary Care (DPC) model, championing a healthcare approach that prioritizes accessibility, transparency, and continuity of care. She is also a co-owner of a primary care practice and brings years of experience delivering evidence-based medicine, managing chronic conditions, and leading multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Dr. Kaur is deeply committed to advancing a care model that removes barriers to access through affordable memberships, rapid appointment availability, and extended visit time. Being multilingual, she believes all healthcare gaps should be bridged where a large one is language. Dr. Kaur advocates for care that is efficient, patient-centered, and equitable, with a focus on long-term health outcomes, preventive medicine, and coordinated care.

Originally from sunny California, Dr. Sahij S. Grewal, OD brings a deep-rooted passion for whole-person eye care and a holistic approach to vision wellness. With years of clinical experience and a strong foundation in optometric science, Dr. Grewal is dedicated to enhancing patients’ lives through advanced diagnostics, personalized treatment plans, and a commitment to mind-body-soul balance.

At Elysian Primary Care, Dr. Grewal specializes in dry eye therapy and the optimization of long-term eye health. He is especially passionate about delivering Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) therapy through INMODE’s Envision device, offering patients non-invasive relief from chronic dry eye by targeting inflammation, meibomian gland dysfunction, and skin-related eye conditions.

Dr. Grewal’s approach to optometry blends innovation with compassion. He believes that true optical health requires an integrative lens—one that considers the wellness of the whole person. Whether treating dry eye or guiding a patient through ocular disease management, his care is grounded in presence, precision, and empathy.

Fluent in Punjabi and Hindi, and semi-fluent in Spanish, Dr. Grewal connects effortlessly with a diverse patient population, offering culturally sensitive, inclusive care that resonates across generations. He is especially skilled in working with patients of all ages, from young children to seniors, and is known for his warm, approachable demeanor and ability to build instant trust.

Outside of his professional work, Dr. Grewal is a devoted husband and proud father to a son and daughter who light up his world.
